Please consider denying this zoning request as is and limiting to R-100 zoning as this will cause tremendous harm to the environment runoff areas as well as additional traffic burden on Moore road area. The developers wish is only to maximize their margins and have no concern for the area once they have left. Please deny. Thanks you.
