I would love to see Hayden return to Star Wars in any capacity (if he chooses to) but as a force ghost makes the most sense. For as much hype as they put behind how powerful force ghosts are, we have yet to really see then do much of anything so it would be really cool and fitting to see Hayden reprise his role as Anakin to play a major part in this new series. And perhaps if only to silence those who foolishly blame Hayden for "ruining the prequel trilolgy" and, if you do feel that way, I challenge you to check him out in other films such as: Life As A House, Outcast, and American Heist. He's an incredible actor and maybe with some new direction (George Lucas also gets a lot of flack for the prequels) and a second shot he can perhaps "redeem" himself in the eyes of the naysayers and you have to admit, it's much cooler to see the same actor reprise a role than to see a new actor cast in the same role, destroying continuity. Besides, other than Yoda, Anakin/Hayden is the only character/actor seen as a force ghost that is even capable of returning as the actor who portrayed Ben Kenobi has passed away. I'm also not opposed to seeing some form of sith ghosts, allowing for possible returns of Darth Maul or Darth Sidious as well! (Darth Tyrannus is sadly no longer an option)

Hayden Christensen is a fantastic actor. His performance in Revenge of the Sith became an inspiration for one of my fanfiction characters. To see him as Anakin again would be awesome.
