I agree that in essence, ranked events fall into the category of gambling and this creates a negative environment for young players and a risky one for adults and recovering gambling addicts. It also has been making me personally fall out of love with the game. I rarely play anymore.

I hate ranking events on love Nikki last time in a Ranking event I got non of the suits I wanted and couldn't even get the first one!

While I love Love Nikki, ranked events are just underhanded, predatory gambling mechanics that just aren't welcome.
I buy bits and pieces often enough, but what is expected from these kinds of events is sheer greed. If I have to take my money elsewhere to make a point I will happily do so.
If one server gets to be free of this disgusting practice, then it should be rolled out for everyone.

I really like Love Nikki. It's the only mobile game I have that I play every single day. If events like this keep happening I'm going to keep feeling like an undervalued player not only for not spending as much money as a "top ranking" player, but mainly because a large portion of the player base is being blatantly ignored. We don't like this. It's disrespectful to us when we've told you before we don't appreciate it, but you still insist on forcing it on us.

To the Nikki Love Devs,
I don't mind spending a little money on the game. I know it helps support the dev team and everyone involved in putting the game out. However, Ranking events are unfair to *everyone*. Not just the players that cannot afford this kind of event, but all those who ARE willing to pay a bit will feel forced into laying out entirely too much money for pixels.
I will not be participating in this event and hope that you listen to your player base and stop using this cash grab type of event.

I have been playing this game for less than two months and I am already almost V7 (less than 1000 VIP EXP away). I wholeheartedly believe in supporting games you love monetarily, so I have no problem with spending money on this game.
That being said, I refuse to be part of an event where I will be gambling my money spent on said event on the possible outcome of receiving nothing because I was not willing to keep up with other people's spending.
The whole idea that you have created an event specifically designed in a way where there will be people who will spend hundreds of dollars and receive nothing is despicable.
I will not EVER participate in an event where the amount needed to achieve my goal is based solely on how much other people are willing to spend. I refuse to be pitted against another player's wallet.
You can be better than this Love Nikki, I am disappointed in you.

I spend money on this game every week. You're pushing your player base away when you offer events like these! Listen to your users and change the event type for good! NO Ranking Events EVER!
