a mistake should not be the reason these girl's aren't allowed to continue onto state,especiaaly those who this is their last year to compete. please consider this petition and do what many consider is the right thing.Don't make the children pay for an adult mistake.thank you.

Please allow Knott County Co-ed Cheerleading Squad to participate in the state competition due to an error during the scoring process. In the past you allowed both schools to participate when an error was made. It is only fair to allow both teams to go to state. Thank you.

These girls deserve to go to the state competition they have worked so very hard and we have seven seniors that will never have this opportunity again.

These kids have put in countless hours to prepare for this opportunity. They shouldn't have it robbed from them by a judging error.

I would hope that you individuals, as part of a governing body over high school sports within the Cmmonwealth of Kentucky, would appreciate respect. However, I have always subscribed to the notion that in order to gain respect, you first must show respect. Do the right thing. Not the easy thing. Gain respect by correcting a mistake. Thank you.

They should be allowed to go to state because they have more spirit then you have ever seen!!!! Letting them go to state would make them so happy that they would try their hardest that they ever had. Every time that practice they try their hardest and sweat their butts off so you should let them go to state!!!!

Please give the KCCHS cheer team a fair chance. A mistake was made please don't punish them for a mistake the judges made. Let them have a chance to prove they deserve to be in the competition
I was there for another team, but I told some parents of our cheerleaders, that Knott Co won this hands down, and so did another parent.. we were in shock when we heard the results.. Yes, they should be able to compete in State.
