Seriously it's just a wall. If Banksy had done it the Council would be scrambling to have it preserved. Let the painting live!

I believe in freedom to express political beliefs and do not think local councils should have the right to censor.

Leave the wall. It’s beautiful. Council rates and revenues should be utilised to make more of these not wasted prosecuting home owners who care about their planet.

I feel the mural is an improvement to the bare wall. It is tastefully done and it also delivers a positive, uplifting and important message for change.

Beautiful piece of art, that adds value to our community! If you think this is distracting how about getting rid of every billboard trying to sell us a bunch of crap!

Leave it to your local council to waste money to paint an alreadry painted wall.

I am in full support of this artistic message, it adds value and character to East Fremantle. Freedom of expression is greatly important, especially when it involves the positive change we wish to see regarding the environment.

Perth and surrounds needs more colour and breaks from the classic grey dingy building palette we're stuck with in most areas. This gives people a quick smile on the way to work which could totally uplift someone's entire day. Returning it to the uniform grey is a total disrespect to the community.

I’m an East Fremantle resident and I want it to stay. If your going to force removal of signage, make the Caltex remove all off theirs as well! I want this to stay

The more art the better. This is not at all distracting and the request for removal is clearly politically motivated

Why not let this beautiful mural stay? Far better than tagging and obscenities or advertising rubbish!!!

Citizens have a right to resist eco-cide. The mural represents the people’s voices, at a time when those voices are not represented by those elected to represent them. The people, in this way, defend the rights of all creatures & nature, to flourish and grow, and to not be exploited for the benefit of the few. Leave the mural. It is not your right to remove it.

Well, it *is* time for change. Great to see such a bright and optimistic message on our streetscape.
