It's not advertising, it's just a statement. Definitely isn't a traffic hazard either. I hope it's left as this sort of diversity and expression is what makes Freo's character.

The council doesn't seem to have sought other signage to be removed from public display over the past couple of years, such as 'Save East Fremantle' or 'Rethink the Link' signage that has been displayed over the past couple of years.

The council is hypocritical in the extreme to demand the removal of this. If they insist on the removal then to be equitable they also should remove ALL BILLBOARD and roadside advertising.
