Tavin Jackson lives in Point Roberts. He has been home schooled throughout his schooling life and presently is an "A" student at Running Start throughWhatcom CommunityCollege. He plans to attend UBC Engineering (like his father who also graduatedfrom SDSS).

Tavin has been a active member of the Tsawwassen community since he arrived in the area when he was only 5 years old. He has played both Rep and House Hockey, Baseball, and soccer for South Delta for the last 10 years. He has volunteered at the Community Center and at SDSS itself for a couple of years helping as a peer tutor under Sandra Adamson. He lives in Point Roberts, but he considers himself a full member of theS. Delta community where all his friends reside.

You may see him at Winskill where he works as a life guard.

This is a pivotal time in his life, changing from High School to University is a major milestone. All of his friends are graduating from SDSS this year and he plans to walk in the graduation parade, however he is not allowed to participate in the party afterwards.

We would like to see Tavin attend the Grad Party for SDSS 2015, he is a friend of mine, the school and the community. Please make an exception and let him celebrate this important time in his life with his friends.
