Pleasant Valley Zoning Change

I do not want this to happen, because it will affect the property value of our house.

No Zoning change!

I am opposed to this rezoning primarily on the grounds of the likely devaluation of my property and increased traffic issues. I also believe there is evidence to suggest renters, being transient in nature, tend not to invest in or strive to better their community. I'd rather have neighbors who are setting down roots, not passing through.

If u all build the apartment the next five to ten years they will go to crap An make our house go done in value .

I don't want apartments that are going to devalue my property.

I vote NO. Having apartments in a single family home neighborhood will bring down property values and will likely bring in crime. By having Schneider Boulevard as the only entrance and exit, it will create a safety problem for many of the families in this area. It was our understanding when we bought this home a year ago that this neighborhood would remain a single family neighborhood.

I definitely object to the re-zoning of this property. It will greatly affect the value of our property.

I do not want apartments or duplexes in my neighborhood. This will potentially: (1) lower the value of my home (2) create a traffic bottle neck going in and out of the neighborhood (3) raise crime in the neighborhood I do not what to live with them above, or have any of the above items nagatively impact my ability to sell my home.

My wife and I purchased our home two years ago in Pleasant Valley. It was our understanding this was to be a single family development only. I am totally against building apartments in the development. It will decrease property values, possibly bring in crime and definitely create excessive traffic on Schneider drive adding to safety issues for exsisting families with children. I say No to this proposal.

My husband and I purchased our home in Pleasant Valley with the understanding it was to be single family residential. Apartments will lower the property value of our homes and turn Schneider Blvd into a residential freeway. There are many young families with children and this Could create safety issues as well. I vote No.

My wife and I recently purchased our home with the understanding that their would be no rentals, OR apartments. I would not have considered moving my family, which includes two small children to this neighborhood if I would have known before that apartments would even be an option. We feel it would not be a very family friendly environment. Our home values will drop significantly, and I feel the neighborhood as a whole will lose value. It's bad enough that Urban Groupe is building here in the first place, let's not add insult to injury with apartments!

I think that this is the wrong answer for getting the neighborhood completed. You will lower our home values and are you gonna reimburse us for that value drop? No you aren't.

No apartments in Pleasant Valley!

When our houses were built it stated owner occupied residency in the guidelines. I would like to keep it that way. We can barely deal with the traffic and safety issues on our streets. I can’t imagine what another 160+ residents would do to this area/community.

Georgetown has had a mass of apartments pop up between Anderson, ball and others. Those have yet to be filled and demand for them is still unknown. Our neighborhood does not need or want an apartment complex. Keep Pleasant Valley single family homes!

I do not approve of the Zoning Change Application.

Don't need another Colony neighborhood with lower property values, drugs, crime, witch craft in vacant homes. I moved here cause of the friendly people and the safe community
