I vote no!! This will not only devalue our homes but will make traffic a nightmare. Adding that many vehicles to the traffic pattern will be untenable.

In the process of building in pleasant Valley and will be closing on house in December. We do not want multi-family units in the neighborhood. Especially not section 8. This will significantly decrease property value. The increased traffic that multi-family units create will reduce the safety of all of our children and effect the family-friendly vibe of the neighborhood. Please do not re-zone for multi-family units.

We don't want it because it drop the prices of our homes drastically they need to look elsewhere for these kind of houses . If it does pass it will bring a lot of drugs to the neighborhood and we don't want or need that kind of trash near our subdivision !!!
