This is a petition to do re-assessment of fees of before payment than rebate that will reflect next month. Comments in PLDT Home facebook say that rebate is less than 100, never reflect next month or customers have been waiting for months for the rebate to be reflected. PLDT gets richer by forcing clients pay for services (phone and/or net) not used due to system down, etc -in short PLDT's fault. This is also a petition for PLDT to make services better and be true to their clients. The speed is not within what customers avail. For others the installation and repair services take days, weeks and even months. There are also complaints of billing statements that should not have been mailed to customers.

Business Mirror and ABS CBN wrote good articles for them ( http://businessmirror.com.ph/index.php/en/business/companies/37709-pldt-unit-still-top-wired-broadband-provider and http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/business/08/25/14/pldts-broadband-subscribers-hit-1-million.) but the truth is there are thousands of comments and complaints in their Facebook PLDT Home. Also PLDT customers may email their complaints to cwpd@ntc.gov.ph if the 171 hotline isn't useful at all.
