The oceans and the earth are being polluted by plastic and garbage, and in order to reduce the pollution there needs to be less plastic being made and thrown away. Less plastic bottles being made and would help to reduce the pollution. Plastic is not biodegradable so it won't go away in the ocean. If plastic bottle companies made reusable bottles instead of plastic ones there would be a lot less pollution. Reusable water bottles might be more expensive to make and produce, but they would slow down the rate that plastic is polluting the earth and oceans.
