Obviously trees are essential in a parking lot. Who doesn’t want to park in the shade & breathe fresh oxygen? This is a no brainer.

This is an essential element of urban development, especially where such a large footprint of hard elements is situated in the midst of houses in a suburb.

It is unacceptable that the ecology of this once beautiful green space filled with fynbos and wildlife be entirely destroyed by another strip-mall. The planting of indigenous trees and plants should have been a requisite from the start.

I think we need more like 100 trees,and lots of plants.
