As a resident of Crystal Cove Estates, I oppose the variances as requested for the property located North of Hunter Pass on Howard Road. I do not support the project for the following reasons:
1. This will increase traffic throughout the neighborhood.
2. The noise level will increase throughout the neighborhood.
3. The amount of acreage available is not enough for all of their endeavors.
4. The proposed zoning changes will have a negative affect on property values.
