Planned Dollar Tree - Coles Crossing

We do not need a dollar store this close to our neighborhood. How about a Trader Joe’s?

I used to shop at the cvs it was nice. When people think of dollar tree or dollar general nice doesn’t even come to mind. It’s going to bring down the value of the neighborhoods northlake forest Cole’s crossing. We need a book store Barnes and noble

I do not want a dollar tree at Barker Cypress and Spring Cypress.

This is not what Coles Crossing wants or needs. Really hate the idea of a Dollar Tree at this location.

Dollar stores bring in a different cliental. Keep our area safe.

Something more upscale would be preferable.

Please don’t open a store at this location. It is not representative of our neighborhood and will reduce property values!

Every Dollar Tree I’ve ever lived near in other states had a negative effect on the surrounding community. I hope Dollar Tree changes plans and sells the property to Trader Joe’s which would be a better fit.

This decision is stupid!

I have nothing against dollar tree, but this is an odd location for that kind of business and don't see how it will help property values.

Dollar Tree in this location is madness, it is not in a shopping area. They need to check their demographics, someone has not done their homework. In the event this goes ahead suggest everyone boycott the store, they’ll soon get the message

The neighborhood that this would be adjacent to is not the demographic that would be Core consumers four dollar tree

I don’t think this is a proper location for this kind of store. This neighborhood doesn’t shop in dollar stores, no offense.

I do not want a Dollar Tree in our neighborhood.
