Every Dollar Tree I’ve ever lived near in other states had a negative effect on the surrounding community. I hope Dollar Tree changes plans and sells the property to Trader Joe’s which would be a better fit.
I have nothing against dollar tree, but this is an odd location for that kind of business and don't see how it will help property values.
Dollar Tree in this location is madness, it is not in a shopping area. They need to check their demographics, someone has not done their homework. In the event this goes ahead suggest everyone boycott the store, they’ll soon get the message
Please do not place a Dollar Tree store at one of the key entrances to Coles Crossing. The other nearby locations are accessible by anyone who would want to go.
We have paid so much for houses, this dollar tree will devalue them and we already have one location a mile away next to Hobby Lobby
We do not need a dollar store this close to our neighborhood. How about a Trader Joe’s?
I do not want a dollar tree at Barker Cypress and Spring Cypress.

I used to shop at the cvs it was nice. When people think of dollar tree or dollar general nice doesn’t even come to mind. It’s going to bring down the value of the neighborhoods northlake forest Cole’s crossing. We need a book store Barnes and noble
