Expansion only when the infrastructure is in place is a must. The Schools, Doctors and Dentist are at capacity and the roads out of Hadleigh need a major upgrade.

Hadleigh cannot survive successfully with more housing without serious upgrading of other facilities, schools, doctors, dentists etc

Agreed. Not against development but the infrastructure MUST be in place - I have seen what happens when this is not the case elsewhere in the UK. Planners must not accept a vague promise from developers - if the infrastructure is not there everyone suffers.
