This isnt cosmetic surgery is a disgrace that actual cosmetic surgery does get done for some people on the NHS and parents are having to pay thousands of pounds to help their child live a normal like. Its time for a change it should not even be an issue!

I'm so sick of money coming before our children. Stop giving so much money to other countries and spend it on the children in this country.

please show your support by signing it's ok to have your boobs done by the nhs so why can't this little boy get a helmet!!
