Dear Linda and IMA representatives,

We, the undersigned members of PL3 MBSR teachers' training group, wanted to share a few words on a matter that is of importance to us.

First of all, we wanted to express our thanks to Małgosia Jakubczak, head of POLIM (The Polish Institute of Mindfulness), and the entire IMA team, for the wonderful organization and knowledge passed on to us during our training course. We are all keenly aware of how deeply this beautiful method is effecting our lives. Many of us are just now embarking on teaching our first 8 week MBSR courses and we would like to emphasize just how helpful, present and supportive Małgosia Jakubczak and Agnieszka Guzicka have been during this entire process. We have recently met the new Polish mentors and we are confident that they have the know-how and experience to help us deepen our reflections as we grow to become teachers.

At the same time, we would like to distance ourselves from any gossip and slander sent to IMA recently, and to ensure you that they do not reflect the convictions of the PL3 group. Complaints about the organizers of our training session have not been consulted with our group and are the personal opinion of just one person.

We want to assure you that we are very satisfied with the course and the endeavors undertaken by POLIM, all of which serve to enrich our knowledge and experience.
