Pizza Port Makes the Best Beer and Pizza in the area
They could fill a space that is exactly the size of the former Steelhead Brewery currently in University Town Center. They would also make use of the already installed brewing capabilities.
Their closest competing location for another 20-30 miles in San Clemente.
Students of UCI. Members of the Local Community. PizzaPort Irvine would bring people to the area, feed the hungry students and provide a great deal of panache to the otherwise slightly sterile UTC.
