Manifestations of democracy?to name a few Depression, schizophreia ,parkinsons !However you may perceive the world in which these conditons exist one thing is for certain and that is that in our time anyone without any personal or family wealth  faces a life of poverty if they find themself with disability.

 The primary objective of this here petition is to draw to the attention of the relevant authorites a desire within the public body for certain standards to be set out for those; some of the most vulnrable in society

                        STANDARD A a weekly entitlment of no less than minnimum wage for a full weeks work ie 40 hours.                                 
                        STANDARD B a housing allowance for anyone who wishes to marry and have children.
