Please have mercy on the people who live in this area. The last thing they need is to have a pit bull hoarding operation close to them. Not only because of the traffic, noise and smell, but because of the inherent danger that pit bulls pose.

Agricultural zoning is for FARMERS and those helping feed america and protecting the land for WILDLIFE...not domesticated dogs which are a luxury item not a need...stop greed feed need!

How about zoning a rescue for the victims of pit bull attacks? Sadly I know more than one. This is an unthinkable and indefensible prospect.

This is indeed to do when someone is trying to help animals.

I love dogs of all breed, and think the shelter is a very noble cause. I believe, however, that it does not belong inside a residential area. I would happily support the efforts if placed just a mile away, outside the neighborhood.

It's wonderful to want to rescue. But being the area, families, parks and neighborhood I would agree it needs to be somewhere else other than his home.

I have concerns about the safety and well being of the neighbors to this property. I also have concerns as to the noise level for those surrounding residents.

This is a residential area that does not need to be turned in to commercial area.

First thing you need to do is contact the zoning department. If this is zoned residential and he's doing a business that will shut him down.

This makes no sense in spot zoning to put this in a residential area.

I think it's a wonderful thing that he is trying to do. However,it shouldn't be so close to family homes. It will cause disturbance for this quiet neighborhood.

My daughter has friends in this area and I would fear for her safety being that close to dogs of that nature. A facility such as this should not be in a residential area or anywhere near where kids play.
