Dogs like people should be judged upon their individual behavior and actions, not because they look a certain way. Reminds you of a certain time period in history doesn't it.

The problem is with the owners of the dog not the dog breed it self. Pit bull breed types are one of the most lovable and loyal dog there is. Consider other options other then banning an entire breed.

This law is extremely prejudicial, ignorant, non fact based, and flat out ridiculous! If these beautiful dogs were people, this law would be racist. Perhaps finding and arresting the real beasts, who bring harm to these dogs should be a law, and a priority at that. . Any dog can be "dangerous" if placed in the wrong hands. Please stop making your county look so extremely desperate and ignorant by ending this BSL nonsense, instead of actually helping the community by arrested the people who create these problems. This is the USA, we have freedom here. Please cease from further stomping on the Constitution.

who cares what kind of dog people have as long as they take full responsibility for it. It doesn't matter what kind of dog anyone has, they all bite just like humans punch when they are picked on. Doesn't the cities have better things to do than worry about peoples dogs.

If u ban pits u have to ban chiwawas too. I have worked with many pits and few chiwawas....guess who has bit me more...
As the owner of a certified therapy PIT BULL...BSL has to go!!!! It's simply not true. It's like banning all black ppl because what a few did, or banning all Germans because of hitler. Dosnt make sence.

This is ABSURD. these dogs are the most compassionate, devoted and loving breed. A shame that the abusive owners that fight them or raise them poorly have ruined it for all he fabulous other pit bulls out there that need placement into loving homes.
