I stand with the Pisgah community against school choice. Keep fully funding our public schools, so we can keep the gains we have been seeing.

I moved to Pisgah district for the community and the school. I didn’t buy one of those new builds either. MATTER OF FACT I REFUSED TO BUY A NEW BUILD because I don’t agree with them throwing up developments in what should be preserved as rural and agricultural. We waited until an existing property was available to buy. There’s nothing wrong with keeping small communities small.

Dumbest idea ever. I can’t believe they don’t just look at other states to see the train wreck this is causing.

I work at the school and live in the area! Our school is full !! The cafeteria struggles to make sure we make sure we don't run out of food that we made that day.

We pay taxes for our Pisgah school and don't want kids from other districts, that don't live in Rankin County to go to school here. Especially when they are paying taxes in their own district, benefiting it while putting a hardship on us. Our school can't hold the students it has.

This is unfair to families who have invested in moving to this school district. Families have sacrificed and worked hard to build and invest into being able to afford to live in the school district. It isn’t right for students and families of other less desirable school districts to benefit from sacrifices of others.
