The building tourism pressure from being near Coachella is immense and unregulated. Pioneertown needs some measures in place to protect it's character and historic integrity while allowing for growth.

I love Pioneertown the way it is!! I’ve been visiting there since the 1970’s and still go there because of the feel of an old western town.
