Yes, please keep it rural. There are so many unique qualities about Pioneertown; the people, the music at Pappy & Harriet’s, good food, the beautiful desert scape, the fantastic view of the nite sky which is available bcuz of the low, light pollution and many other reasons that make Pioneertown so unique. Please keep this tiny slice of Heaven the way it is. Thank you for your consideration.
