Pinnacle Residents Oppose Proposed Trails

We paid a premium for a green belt view. I would like to preserve that view and the privacy that comes with it.

I would like to see a revised plan than moves the trail further from lots. If I’m walking the trailing I don’t want to feel as if I’m intruding on back yards.

No to the trail! This impacts our privacy and safety. Also, the dogs will be running loose and causing neighborhood dogs to bark at all hours. Aren't there plenty of other areas in Belterra that can be suggested instead of people's backyards???

There are enough trails.

Please keep our privacy intact.

Please do not add yet another hiking trail! There are more than enough. We paid extra for the “privacy and beauty” of the green belt. We were told that this land was to remain undisturbed.

If this does go through, regardless of our voices, please ensure each resident maintains privacy of their backyard. Please push back trail in areas of concern.

We are strongly against this proposed trail. This greatly impacts our privacy and safety not just for our family but also our neighbors whose homes have a clear view and direct access to the greenbelt.

I oppose the new trail system which disturbs our privacy.

There is absolutely no way that I can support a proposal that will jeopardize the safety, privacy, and quality of life of my family and fellow neighbors.

Even without instituting the proposed trail system, the privacy from our green belt back yard is a problem at times. This will make it worse. We were told that we would have privacy and no development would be done to the area, as it was protected. We specifically paid premium lot price to have a green belt adjacent yard.

Having paid a premium to have a green belt lot that was supposed to be private, no way do I want a public trail behind my home. From past experience people don’t respect privacy. The only votes that should be considered are those of us that are severely impacted by this plan!

In addition to privacy concerns, parking will be a major issue. The nearest parking lot is at the Splashpad or Rec center, most people will park along our street to access the trail.

I’m oppose the new purposed trails in Pinnacle. We paid an extra $10,000 to have our premium lot and privacy. We were never told that there were trails planned.

The proposed green trail will run behind our house and is a privacy concern. We do not want the trail built.
