Support your demands, if you get a serious hearing why not insist on stage payments contingent on delivery?

I have been a member since the beginning and have seen the course in pristine condition and it is very sad to see it in its present state. Hopefully signing this petition will make a difference but somehow I do not think it will achieve its former glory under the current ownership.

It is time the company realised that it cannot take the members for granted, indefinitely

Is the last sentence stating “members need this in writing” strong enough?

This is the last chance for JJW. The membership have had enough of the lack of commitment to the Golf CLub and the broken promises. Either the staff are treated correctly and a program of investment in the course and buildings is started immediately or the subscriptions will not be paid.

It is paramount for the longer term survival of the golf club that urgent and appropriate financial investment and support is provided.

I highly appreciate the time and efforts that the members of the Golf Committee have dedicated to address the very challenging situation.
In my view the items set out in the petition should be underpinned by the following:
* a 2022 budget should be agreed between JJW and the Golfclub committee, setting out which costs items for what amount will be paid from the 2022 subscription amounts;
* an escrow account should be established on which the members can pay their 2022 subscription amounts;
* payments from the escrow account require co-signatures from JJW and the Golfclub committee;
* payments may only be made from that escrow account if these are in accordance with the aforementioned 2022 budget agreed between JJW and the Golf Committee.
In the event JJW would not accept such arrangement, that would be equal to an acknowledgement that it is not acting in good faith vis-a-vis the Golfclub and its members.

The company is a disgrace to the community it serves and the owners should either run it ethically or sell it.

I genuinely hope this encourages the owner to find his MORAL COMPASS.
The recent treatment/abuse of loyal staff and the total lack of respect shown to members, aligned with the apparent disinterest over many years in maintaining a valuable asset in Pinheiros Altos Golf Club is truly beyond belief!
