Just want a properly presented course and clubhouse for my annual fee. The current course and clubhouse is simply not good enough and you are taking advantage by my obligation to pay the annual fee.

I agree with each point and urge we take whatever legal action in needed to resolve this issue.

If this petition does not achieve the expected positive response we should only pay the subs quarterly. We need all members to come together as one to be effective.

We agree with all points raised in this petition. As relative new owners and members of PA we have seen a deterioration of the course and club facilities over this short period. JJW do not appear to have any commitment to members and staff of PA golf club. JJW should either sell or invest.

A sad situation for the loyal members who have retained dignity these past years.

I completely agree with the petition. I would add/build on the following points: 1) This petition should be sent with photographic evidence of the state of the course for the avoidance of doubt 2) PA charges premium prices and delivers an economy product. There are 7 courses in the vicinity..San Lorenzo, Quinta North and South, Laranjal, Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean. Pinheiros Altos is number 7 out of 7 by an extremely long way and it will take several years of investment to recover this.

The Buggy paths are so dangerous and damaging to all Buggy’s

Rua dos Pinheiros 14. Entry, clubhouse and golf course need to be maintained well and upgraded to normal standards.

Fully support this petition….empty promises and a total disregard for both members and the course.

Something has to change so I will support this petition . We already have binding obligations in the contract we have signed for the golf title membership that should have prevented the situation we are now in . Words are now not enough . We need an agreement and subscriptions held in escrow until those committments are fulfilled .

The course is in shockingly bad condition! We need to improve the course urgently otherwise review the membership fees. The owners need to take responsibility or sell the club to someone who cares.

I support this Petition. JJW owners and senior management have no respect for members, staff and the authorities. They take our money, provide empty promises and fail to deliver; as a result PA is the poor relation of Quinta do Lago - SHAMEFUL.

I totally agree with this Petition;the course, clubhouse and infrastructure are substantially below the 5 stars claimed by the owners and senior management, demonstrating a very poor return for the annual subscription. JJW treats the members and staff with contempt, continually making and breaking promises. This has to end and substantial investment made without anymore argument and delay.

Wholeheartedly agree with these requirements and the petition. JJW must act to improve all aspects of the course & club.

It’s a sad day for PA that it has become necessary for it's members to sign a petition calling on JJW and its shareholder to honour and live up to it’s commitments. The members have been living up to theirs. I fully support the petition. The 27 holes at PA has seen a dramatic fall from grace over a number of years with not one of its holes tee to green presently in an acceptable condition. The reputational damage being done as a result of this negligence to PA is immense with tourists now being advised to avoid playing there. The calcada pathways are in a dangerous condition with a serious accident waiting to happen not to mention the systematic destruction of the golf buggies. Shameful!

As an overseas based member it is distressing to hear of the neglect and lack of investment in our Course by JJW. With the difficulties of travel in a pandemic this underinvestment offers little incentive to renew membership in 2022.
