Pinelawn Memorial Park

My husband, mother and father as well as countless friends and relatives are buried at Pinelawn. When Pinelawn was first operational, it was beaitiful. Lawns were beaitiful. Burial sites were neat and clean. There was a water and music feature as well as well paved roads. This is no longer the case. There is no water and music feature. The garden feature, which housed these features has weeds growimg around it and through it. The paved paths for vehicles needs resurfacing as soon as possible. I have found black widow spiders inside the head plates where urns are placed for flowers. Fire ant hills are plentiful and the grave sites are not level. Sandspurs use to be really bad, but that has improved. I hope that the powers that can will make needed changes to restore the promises made in its infancy. Perpetual Care!

Pineland should be ashamed of themselves, apparently you don't plan to be buried there yourself.

I was out there 2 months ago and told them if they didn't cut the grass I would go to the free press and put it all over fb so they cut it but it's the same again

My mother, daddy and many other family members are buried in this place. As much as you charge for the plots it should be maintained properly...

This is beyond out of control, something has to be done, we all need to ban together and fight for our loved ones who would have fought for us.

I don't know how Timberlake got associated with my name but I am in Kinston, North Carolina, the location of this poor excuse for a cemetery.

It is a disgrace how much this cemetery has declined since we purchased our plots. They have breached our agreement to maintain the property and have grossly neglected it. It is the responsibility of the corporate office to keep their binding agreements and make sure it is properly maintained. I would be embarrassed to have my loved buried there now. To treat our deceased loved ones in this manner is beyond despicable.

These families deserve better our loved ones are out there.

I have multiple family members buried here. When i took my grandma out to put down flowers for My granddaddy on Father's Day, the fire ants were so bad she couldn't stand by his grave. Huge fire ants. We left and went to Walmart and bought ant killer. 2 bags and 2 cans of spray. I treated his grave for 15 mins. Waited and then went back to put the flowers down. She could not even pay her respects. Weeds were growing around it. Our loved ones deserve better.

So disappointed in the upkeep of this cemetery! I guess the owners have made all the money they can make and now perpetual care doesn't mean anything!! You are daresome to get on your knees to place flowers in a vase because of the fire ants, there is poison for those pesky creatures!

We have complained about the condition of this cemetery so many times.

The weeds and grass around Max Blizzards resting place looks horrible. When I visit I have to fight the fire ants.

My husband and I purchased 2 spaces years ago when the back section was under development and well maintained. I am appalled at the conditions there now. It is surely not a garden of comfort for anyone wishing to visit a deceased loved one. We all deserve respect!!!

This is ridiculous.

Used to be a beautiful, well-kept cemetery. Now I find fireants so bad on my father's grave that I can't get close to it without putting tons of fireant killer on it. The grass is often allowed to get too high a lot of which is weeds. Pineview owners need to treat for weeds and fireants and just keep it maintained and looking nice. Families pay a lot for a nice place of rest for loved ones so it shouldn't be their lack of funds as their reason for allowing this to happen. So sad.
