When they changed the rules concerning the career needed forna full pension 32 y for pilots to 45y they should have adapted also the possible necessity to augment the pension age…

66 today and 67 in 2030 does not make sense, discriminates and most of all puts colleagues in a very precarious financial situation, for years in a row. Exactly on top, exactly at the aga their children are at university.

If the age goes up, also the FTL should be adjusted. I am 42 years old, and I am fatigued twice per summer. If I get older in this working climate it is not getting more easy. A later retirement age is not safe.

Since pilots are legally Obligated to stop flying once they get to age 65, consideration should be taken to keep the retirement age of pilots to age 65 and not 67.

Actual pension age in Belgium is around 63 years old. Airline Pilots deserve a pension age at 65 years old, especially given the irregular work schedule and the need to maintain competency.
