What are you guys thinking??? If you have that kind of money to throw out the window you can throw it towards all taxpayers. And to think that you wouldn't discuss with the town taxpayers that will be footing this bill. You should be ashamed of yourselves !!!!

Our town has so many things that need to addressed that spending money on moving the town administration office to a lease property is not a viable plan.

We don't need higher taxes to give the town a fancy office to make them feel good . The exsisting town office works just fine. The central water gives us enough financial burden . This should of been put to a vote of the residence not behind closed doors.

There is nothing wrong with the town office where it is I see no reason to shell out more money for a new office when the office space they are in right now does the job just fine why spend more money the residents including myself have had a huge hit to our wallets to up grade the central water program enough is enough we DON"T NEED A NEW TOWN OFFICE. and higher taxes ..a waste of our hard earned money..

Renovate the existing town office and start saving money over the next 10 years to give taxpayers a break after the absorbent water projects costs we all incurred. If town council needs to spend money, fix the disgraceful easements around town, especially 4th Avenue, it's an eyesore. In addition, the sand washes down the road during rain storms and plugs up the storm drains causing flooding issues.

Enough is enough, why pay 4 grand rent a month and close to 200k for fitting out. The taxpayers are sick of fiscally absurd proposals like this. Use the strip mall to bring money into the town, not pay it out

For the love of God would you please start spending my $$ like it's your own! You've got me working 2 jobs to pay off the water project as it is! Fix the flooding issues on meadow road ! Council is acting like drunken sailors and only thinking of their own comforts! Sounds to me if I followed the $$$ trail I could likely uproot some corruption??? Just saying!!

Renovate your existing location! Signing a 10 yr lease which is what most commercial buildings do so you get the lowest rent...so over 10 yrs 500,000.00 imagine all the things you could do with that for he infastructure.Why if you wanted new space was it not build onto the treatment plant which the town owns? But I suspect it's already a done deal.....So who's relation or friend built the strip mall and how much of a kick back is being given?

I think there needs to be some streets fixed so our driveway doesn't keep flooding as well as our neighbors ever since they repaced our street after being forced to go onto town water when our well was perfectly fine !! Tossing a tiny bucket of gravel on our driveway isn't fixing the problem at all !!!! Not happy about this at all !!!

We have facilities for our town employees now. There is no guarantee that this new strip mall will be successful.....what happens if town office does go to the strip mall and the strip mall goes belly up. What happens to our town offices then? Back to the old building? Stay where you are!
