Im starting this petition because I feel stongly about how dangerous the pilmuir woods has gotten recently. Like many ive always used the woods by pilmuir school as a short cut, I use it everyday sometimes 2/3 times a day. The other week I witnessed an elderly man trying his hardest to make his way up using the steps, which are no longer steps more of a hump. The woods are not well lit at all and apart from it being scary to walk through, its quite dangerous and during the winter the conditions worsen! If you would like to see new concrete steps and a proper pathway for bikes and push chairs, some more lighting and a hand rail down the path and down the steps then please sign and share on facebook, twitter etc.
