Andhra Bifurcation - A pil in the supreme court

Please sign and support, We are fighting for our younger generations. Below is the list of concerns/demands we have on which Central Govt should address first before introducing the bill in the Parliament. 

1) Telangana is not getting separated, it's we who are getting separated from Telangana by leaving the capital city behind and searching for new roots. Hence Central Govt needs to address Andhra People demands before producing bill in the parliament, and two bills should be produced one is 'Andhra Bill and the other is "Telangana bill', We are ready to accept it as 'Telangana bill' if Hyderabad is a part of New Andhra. The bills should contain legal n constitutional rights on Water / Power and the security of the settlers. 

2) In order to avoid further bifurcation demands, and to avoid the confusion in choosing the city for new capital, we want distributed capital(like well developed countries such as U.S.A)

2.1) Vizag -- IT and Tourism capital of Andhra --All IT companies and Tollywood and Tourist departments to open their offices in Vizag, to setup IIM Vizag, NIFT Vizag(national institute of Fashion Technology), To upgared to International Airport. 

2.2) Vijayawada/Guntur -- Financial and Educational Capital of Andhra -- IIT Vijayawada, UNIV of Yuva Andhra, College for CA, Institute for Engineers and Training, Univ for health sciences, Training Institute for Deplomites, All National and International Bank, Insurance, finance and trading unit offices. VVS Cricket Stadium, Gopichand Badminton Academy. 

2.3) Karnool -- Political Capital of Andhra -- To setup High Court, Andhra Vidhana Souda, Police head quarters, Secretariat, Domestic Airport and well Connectivity with rest of the State and other required things which a capital needs. 

2.4) Nellore -- Industrial Capital of Andhra -- NTPC Nellore to address power demands, All export / imports and Industrial corridor In addition to that IT SEZ for Anantapur as it is near by city to Bangalore ONGC/HPCL to Kakinada as it has Krishna-Godavari Oil n Gas Basin 

3) Immediate package and funds to transfer on the account of Govt of AP with full control 

4) A fast track rail transportation system to connect all the districts accoss the state. 

5) Ongole --as it has huge Govt lands, Military and Army base, Sinik School, 

Srikakulam -- Textile industry near Pondur Chenetha Patuu , Srikakulam seafood export department, Karanam Malleswari Olympic Academy. 

Vizianagaram -- Gurajada institute of cultural sciences Vizianagaram, Maharaja Kala Kshetra, Rail center of Andhra. 

Rajahmundry -- Power Plant based of Wind, Wave/Tide, Institute of Theater and Fine Arts, Hub of Indoor sports. 

6)Tirupathi, International Airport, International Tourist Academy, TTD institute of spiritual sciences, International institute of Yoga and State of Art. 

7)Cuddapah -- is more than developed :-) We want all other districts to have similar infrastructure. 

8) Hindupur -- NTR univ of health sciences.

The list will keep on editing till the time we come with a final draft before submitting the pil in the supreme court. Please sign, support and advise...!!!
