This on going assault of the land and important water source is unacceptable. This group needs to be held accountable. Enforce the rules now or shut them down.

I do everything I can to support (and eat) locally produced foods, whether meat or veggie - it is my responsibility to do so. But I always 'check out' the grower, and make sure their methods are those I support, because I understand my dollar is a vote. So - I would never transact business with Uproot. I cannot believe that with so many violations on record that the County can't shut this operation down - it's not just Uproot's neighbors who are being affected. Thanks for keeping this issue in the spotlight.

Uproot Meats has every right to farm, but not to harm, violate, and make false claims. Who knows where this will end? What happened to integrity?

I am a lifelong Ashland Citizen, and my family has been in Jackson county for 5 generations. Uproot Meats must abide by Health and Land Use regulations. Government officials need to hold them accountable, and enforce the law.

I have actually witnessed property damage of your gate by these neighbors in the property above and adjacent to your familie's farm.

Sick of hearing about how Jackson County doesn't have the resources to hold Uproot accountable. Enough is enough. Shut it down.

Jackson Co. is responsible for enforcing Land Use laws and should be held accountable for why it is not doing so.

That such a business is allowed to continue so close to residential areas is astounding. It has to stop.

The lies, misleading advertising, and flagrant actions against health, safety and the environment are terrible.

What have the authorities been waiting for?

It is negligent for authorities to allow this to happen so close to a water source.
