Paving of Piedmont Hills Community Roads A petition of the Spotsylvania Board of Directors by Piedmont Hills Residents. Addressed to: Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors. We the residents of Piedmont Hills community respectfully seek your assistance in ensuring that the roads in our community are repaved. The roads in our community are in deplorable condition which negatively impacts ore property values. Some of our homeowners have contacted VDOT to address this situation but to no avail. We the undersigned request immediate remedial action or a reduction in assessed values.
