Pickleball Community Unites: Reinstate Art Calabretta

I have known Art for two years at lifetime, we started PB together. Art is a model of excellent behavior on and off the PB court.

In support for Art

I played with Art several times and did not see any kind of aggression or expression that showed disrespect or anger.

Disgraceful that Art was deemed guilty without considering his point of view, or that of witnesses. Shameful for Life Time

How do you spell fun in Lucia, there is no fun Lucia. Art is a very stable, reasonable person and has my complete support. Thank you Art!!

I have known Dr. Art Calabretta for years and he has been a cornerstone for our LT Charlotte pickleball community. His exemplary demeanor on and off the court has been recognized in our community and I’m personally shocked to hear of this suspension.

Art’s done more to promote pickleball and encourage other players than just about anyone I know.

Art has been a very active and respected member of the PB community at LT and has always tried his best to strengthen the community. Request LT to strongly consider this petition.

I was not there but there seems to be strong support that a three month suspension was not warranted , if this is in fact the case , I would gladly support Art .

Art is one of the finest person I’ve ever met. He’s polite and helpful to everyone that start to play pickleball. With all due respect, I think that Art deserves nothing but a recognition as one of the best person in the pickleball community in Charlotte.

Lifetime has to do better than this although nothing shocks me any longer especially since pickleball was revoked in February for many members, including me! Do the right thing and reinstate Art!
