recently me and a few friends were kicked out of the primary school in newtownforbes for playing a game of football.the gardai took our names and our date pf births and addresses all over a game of ball. The children and young adults of newtownforbes have limited facilities and I personally think that the goals and basketball hoops in the school should be open to everyone without the worry of the gardai getting involved

I am truly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because it was never my intention to start something so big. This belongs to all of you who feel the same frustration about our lack of local space. It is incredible to see so many people backing this effort.

Where else are they supposed to go? town is dead for us
I think all people should be allowed in to play basket ball or football as they are doing no harm to the school.

Ridiculous that u cant just have a kick about without the guards showing up, let the kids play somewhere.
