My son Joshua Driver was just killed by a drunk driver on May 23,2026. He was walking home and was on the grass area of the shoulder of the road. Four years not enough. I am so afraid that the man will not get what he deserves that killed my son. This happened in Virginia.

My aunties got killed my a drunk driver on the 27th, by a criminal that shouldn’t of even been on the road, we need stricter laws in NM.

4 years is. Not enough!!! It should always be life in prison for a death caused by impaired driving!!!!

This does need to happen. Our Laws are so much for the person who breaks the law, but we have to look more at the victims and the life long suffering that this action has caused them!!!

They also need to make the driver that caused the death of a parent to be responsible for the children’s welfare - like child support!

For anyone who has ever lost someone to an impaired driver of any kind of substance. The ones left behind are the ones that suffer.

Change the law so NO ONE is killed from a drunk driver and doesn’t suffer the consequences of murder!!
