Clean and Usable PHS Bathrooms

While the bathrooms are definitely not HORRIBLE it would be nice if the bathrooms were a bit more clean and sanitary.

And they aren't cleaned well enough there are blood stains on the walls sometimes it's gross

phs bathrooms are nasty af. so are the locker rooms

All of the girls bathrooms at school are very unsanitary and the doors won't open. There are also no trash cans and big cracks to see through.

though I rarely use the gendered bathrooms at Providence, having these needs met will make using them a little less uncomfortable.
