We as a student body have come together in order to write this petition so that we may be allowed to bring and or consume coffee and tea in the morning. We feel that bringing in coffee and tea would be beneficial to students. Allowing us to do this would help us get a jump-start in the morning. Teachers use drinks like coffee and tea in the morning and throughout the day at school to help them wake up and teach us students more competently. We would like to use drinks in the morning such as coffee and tea to help us focus and learn more efficiently. We are allowed to bring in other drinks such as water and soda. Soda is worse for the body than coffee or tea. That is why we the students of Punxsutawney High School respectfully ask for the privilege to bring and or consume drinks such as coffee and tea in Punxsutawney Area High School.
