Seriously. I am traveling from Iceland. This is my first KISS kruise, I was expecting this and I am really sad and disapointed. The full makeup and outfit is not the key here. Just the photo with my lifelong legends. :/

I agree, the highlight of the cruise is a photo with our favorite band. While we have all gotten older, I'm sure it is very tiring standing in their boots and make up for long periods. I really feel there should be a compromise.... A photo in a comfortable setting, no make up, wearing what is comfortable for them... I have been a fan sine 1974, and look forward to the cruise every year. Its a vacation for everyone including KISS. It should be relaxed for all and not in a rushed setting. Please reconsider, we are not just fans, but family. Thank you

Open letter to Jess Loud, Sixthman, Keith Leroux:
I’ve always followed the Rules of Engagement on the KISS Kruises...tried to be respectful and let KISS enjoy their time on the ship.
A lot of people have tried to follow that same path.
There are those who don’t give a flip about that and try to get them to sign 100 items while they are sitting on the commode in the stalls, or interrupt them when they are clearly trying to enjoy something particular on the ship. They will camp out in front of the elevators and stalk KISS.
For that reason, we don’t see a lot of KISS walking around on the boat. They seclude themselves because we act like Beatle Maniacs.
I didn’t do all of that mess, because I got to at least say hi to them in makeup once, while I was taking a quick photo with them.
For me, my family has a history of dementia & Alzheimer’s. One day I am going to forget all the wonderful memories that I’ve had on the KISS Kruises with all my friends, who I consider family, all the different bands I’ve seen, & of course any moment I had with KISS.
I will have forgotten all those memories on the boat, but the one thing I thought would never be taken away is looking back at the photos of me standing in front of the band that I love, cherish, & have grown up with.
Now that was taken away this year. I may be herded through like cattle to take the photo in the past, BUT IT WAS A SNAPSHOT OF A MOMENT OF TIME IN MY LIFE WITH KISS...if only for a second.
You think the stalking of KISS was bad before...NOW you have 2500 people seeking out KISS for a selfie or autograph.
I do understand that those boots kill your feet standing in them for hours.
Why can’t they do 4, 1-hour sessions without makeup earlier in the day? They can wear whatever makes them comfortable.
Could you imagine Ace, Gene, Peter, Paul, Bob, Vinnie, Bruce, Eric, & Tommy in a huge UNMASKED photo with us?
I’d even pay for that.
There HAS to be a solution to this that b
