Recently theres a petition to attempt to get some misguided fool out of a jail sentence. Famous people try to put themselves above the law because of the vast sums of money they owns and because they apparently excite mundane lives (What is the world coming too!!)
Fact is you do the crime you do the time. I think a "celebrity status" should bear no impact on a decision to put the miscreant in jail.
Simply letting these people off gives an air of "Im above the law", and essentially undermines the hard work that law officals around the world try to do daily.
Paris Hilton was caught driving behind the wheel of a car, drunk. IN ADDITION to the fact that she's already been banned from driving. Face it, your banned from driving with her wealth, why not just get a limo driver and take the sensible option
Anyway, the people undersigned fully agree with the jail term handed down to Miss Hilton and back it to the fullest degree, and let it be a lesson to all people that celebrity nor wealth earns you a "get out of jail free card"
The momentum behind this continues to grow and it proves that people are tired of seeing wealth buy exceptions. It is exhausting to keep fighting against this sense of entitlement but seeing this support keeps me going.

Ridiculous that people even want her out. She knew what she was doing. Let her serve the time she got.

She thinks money makes her untouchable. If that was me I would be sitting in a cell right now no questions asked. Keep her there.
