The Evening News accused Phillip Bugg of being a pedophile and rapist before any evidence was shown. publicizing his photo and even his home address, about a week late Phillip Bugg has been found innocent yet no public/formal apology was made. here is the article after he had been acquitted a tiny paragraph after the 2 full pages of pretty much agreeing he was a rapist.
