Amend the egg law now. Hope you Remember Racist Joe Biden’s famous quote "If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you Ain't Black," translation, If You Don’t Vote for Me, ‘You Ain’t Black’, that said, All Black Americans should wake up and challenge the ill-educated anti-American BLM to explain HOW looting and rioting, arson attacks on private businesses , rampant violence and lawlessness protesting, stomping and burning the U.S.A. flag, vandalizing and toppling Civil War statues and monuments, there by Erasing the History of the Pro-slavery, Spread Hating, and currently the True Racist Democratic Party which was Proudly Known Historically as The Slaveholding Confederate States of America, stop blacks from murdering each other in record numbers every weekend in Democrat-run cities and states ONLY? Why does BLM believe black lives ONLY matter when they are harmed or killed by a white person, especially a white cop and not by black hoodlum? (Think) Where are the multitude of protesters, mourners, and televised funeral services from BLM for the deaths of Black men, women, children, and cops killed by black thugs across America's major cities? The truth is BLM does not care about blacks as more Black Americans are killed by blacks then by cops. Well, the fact is, All Lives Matter (ALM). It is Sad, Insulting, and Degrading that Black Americans Today after all this Years have Forgotten (Think) who the Real Racists have Been and Continue to be, namely, the Democrats.

As a family of 6 that struggles to pay bills and keep food on the table, it would be nice to be allowed to have egg laying hens in our yard. We have more than adequate space in our yard and the 3 acre law is rediculous

As a supplier of 1000's of Baby Hatchery-Sexed Chicks annually to people in all walks of life, young and old, in Philly's neighboring Bucks County, we know exactly how popular, how important, and how rewarding pet hens can be. P & A FEED AND PET wholeheartedly supports Philly's much-needed and long overdue enactment of changes regarding the keeping of backyard pet hens. Keeping Egglayers in a city environment is very easily managed, extremely affordable, and certainly far less noisy than most neighbors' dogs. The benefits of Pet Chickens are numerous! Along with fresh eggs and family fun, chickens provide a natural and simple way to add to a backyard’s health and beauty. Hens provide your freshest nutritional foodsource while they also function as a natural herbicide, insecticide, and soil aerator. They will even consume many kitchen scraps. These are unquestionably one of the most perfect pets for today's youth. Kids in the city will benefit from learning responsible pet ownership and managing the simple daily chores, right in their own backyards. Those who oppose keeping chickens in Philly are simply not adequately informed about the benefits and ease of keeping Pet Chickens. P & A invites all to see just how popular these pets are by attending one of our well-attended Chicken Chat seminars. No Philly bacluard is too small for a hen or two. We know!

I like the idea, in my opinion it would be nice to have a maximum of 12 hens, as long as you have the space, and are able to care for them correctly

It's ridiculous that we can't keep chickens. A few chickens don't need 3 acres. Plus people that complain about the noise are ridiculous. I have so many neighbors that leave their dogs out barking and barking for hours on end and even though that's "illegal" nothing happens if you complain about it and people just get mad at you. Ridiculous.

USA is encouraged by higher officials to eat & be healthy, but at the rising cost of nutritional foods, many are stuck with the un-organic, hydrogenated synthesized Dollar tree edible but not so healthy foods. Where people have to pay $6.00 for a dozen eggs. I use frequently, because I am limited to what I can eat, medically and by choice but I make sure to stock from local farmers...I WOULD RATHER PAY THEM THEN THE WALMARTS etc!!! I could have my own chickens. I have a properly sealed off fence, understanding neighbors and this is just another way of Government controlling. We should be allowed to have chickens at the least, with a certain limit & understanding of the sanitation rules. I can see it....Next will be rights to have a garden. Freedom is just an illusion for the delusional & easily misguided naive people of today. I should be able to grow my own food and and have a hand in the pocket when times are tight (if I needed to sell my eggs). Local farmers, like small businesses should be allowed! I can't wait for the greedy empire to collapse and it always does. Eventually the hand is to heavy and can not hold everything, and the eyes that do not see the little man standing will conquer!

I am for having chickens. No roosters is fine with me as I cannot stand myself the noise of arrogant neighbors dogs. Most funny observation about dog owners is they get offended when tou ask them not to let their dog relieve itself on my lawn regardless if they pick it up or not. My kids play on my grass. How would they like it if I relieved myself on their property...lol
