We the undersigned are residents of Coombs and Wright ACT postcode 2611 and surrounds. These suburbs have developed without access to pharmaceutical services although medical practitioners will commence seeing patients in February 2018. A PBS-approved pharmacy is needed to service the medication and health needs of the 4500 residents in this burgeoning area of Canberra.

We request that the Minister exercise his discretion under S90A of the National Health Act 1953 and approve this application for a pharmacy in Coombs.
