On Monday the 10^th of September 2012 we received a formal apology from Mike Carroll and Beth Dickson for the problems surrounding the PGDE serial placement due to commence on the 17^th of September.  We wish to formally respond based on the following points.

·         We require a full and clear explanation as to how these issues arose and how they were dealt with by the School of Education.

·         We request assurance that similar problems will not occur particularly with regards to subsequent placements.   

·         We need to be informed of all developments and arrangements as soon as they happen.
