This petition is for proof that I, Sarah Cammack, was in fact a motivated Group Fitness Instructor with Pure Form Training (PFT). I advertised PFT on Facebook and on Instagram 5 days a week by posting pictures of my clients working out in groups, the days and times the classes started and new promotions PFT had. Clients from my previous job at Results followed me to PFT and wanted to be trained by me as well. I also participated in the free Spartan Race workouts PFT arranged every Saturday in Lodi. I passed out flyers to advertise the business to residential areas around the city of Rocklin and the Sierra College campus. I made it clear to my clients that they could text me any time they had a question 24/7 and some did. Shortly after I was let go, PFT downsized and shut down the Rocklin location. Other locations were shut down around the same time as well.

My names is Nija Laguna, I was a head trainer at pure form training in Rocklin California. Sarah was my first trainer when I started as a client at PFT, she was a very positive and motivated coach. I learned most of my technical skills from her for this style of HIIT Training. I feel Sarah has a lot to offer the CDCR she has proven skills in leadership and shows great discipline in achieving all goals she sets for herself. As her fellow trainer I saw nothing but hard work and ethical practices.
Sarah was an excellent instructor AT the PFT Rocklin, location. Sarah always encouraged me to keep Going when I wanted to give up, she also helped me perform the moves correctly. She worked hard to help all of us in the class reach our individual goals.
Sarah was an awesome trainer - always motivating me and encouraging me. I always refer to her as the best trainer I’ve had!
As a previous trainer at PFT, I believe Sarah was a motivating coach and really made an impact in the culture at PFT and clients’ lives!
She's a great person!!!! Motivated and works hard!!

PFT was a great gym when Sarah was leading it. She was motivating, and encouraging and made me feel like I could accomplish my goals with her leading me. After she left I stopped going to to gym as I did not feel as important of a client once she left. I believe she would be a great asset to anything she does.
