I really cannot believe how fast the support for Pettaway is growing right now and honestly it feels like the whole town is finally waking up to what I have been thinking for months. It is chaotic but in the best way possible because it shows everyone that we know exactly who belongs on that sideline.

Pettaway is the perfect fit for this job! He is Godly man with great character. He is a great role model with values and principles. He has built strong relationships with every player that came through the program! Not only is he a coach, he is a teacher, role model, brother, and helping hand. If you want to take the program to the next level and be playoff contenders and compete for a National Championship, here Coach Pettaway for this position!
IF SEU wants to win a playoff game then it starts with making Tyrone Pettaway the Head Coach!
My time at SEU under coach Pettaway, he has been not only a coach but a father away from home. He cares about each and every one of us, builds relationships with his players, calls us time to time just to check on us, etc. He is a great father to his children and treats us like one of his own. He has a great amount of experience in this game and knows how to win games! I’m sure he’ll keep this program up, may be even better.
I have playing for SEU for three years now, two of them under coach pettaway as my DC. There is not a coach who has made more of an impact on this program than coach pettaway. He is a great coach and mentor both on and off the field. The players have a great relationship with coach pettaway both on offense and defense. He makes sure that we get all of our academics taken care of as well as things like Chapel, community service, etc. As the players, we believe in coach pettaway without a doubt and this is who we would want to have as our next head coach.
Coach Pettaway has taught me so much about the game of football and has showed me he’s cared for me ever since I got here. Beyond that, he has taught me about life and has made me a better man. He is a brilliant/qualified coach with ties to the next level and he is already here in Lakeland. He needs to be the next head coach
Coach Pettaway is what Southeastern University needs too be great. Best man for the head job.
As a player under Coach Pettaway, I would love to see him as the head coach! Without a doubt the program would continue to be lead in the right direction.

I feel that Coach Pettaway will make a great head coach here because he has a connection with all the players and he knows football . Our current football team has much respect for him and we like playing for him. He is a good role model and he cares for us on and off the field.
