Visited here once, there was a dead chinchilla in a cage with another one, the lad tried to tell me they had been fighting and died over night, this chinchilla was decayed and flat. Then we see a very poorly lizard looking sorry for itself. Lastly the guinea pigs had no water, I took it upon my self to give them water and the young girl took the water away.
I recently phoned them and offered to work there voluntarily as I have lots of experience and knowledge in looking after all kinds of animals, they were more interested in having school leavers there. It's wrong of the man who made a comment about why don't people offer to help, lots of people have offered and they don't want to know.

I also complained to the RSPCA about the conditions of the animals and their housing. No one ever came back to me.

Went here last year, shocking place should be shut down. Contacted local council and RSPCA they investigated but they couldn’t tell us their findings.

I have complained twice about the conditions on the lack of care towards these animals, I cannot believe the council ignore with all the various laws & these beautiful animals are allowed to suffer .
This could be a wonderful place its in a safe, nice setting for families to visit but require urgent attention if not give the animals to Africa Alive and close another faciality for children.
