Absolutely disgusting and heart breaking to see these beautiful animals in such a state of neglect. It's easy to see they are depressed, some in need of veterinary attention and without basic food , water or shelter. To tho k this is a petting area for small children. Enough to give anyone nightmares.

Very poor quality, the animals looked awful, the place was so badly looked after will not be takin my child again! I was completely disappointed, all of the people that were there the day I went were shaking their heads and making comments of how poorly looked after it all looked!

Was quite disturbed by the state of the place when I took my little boy there. Animals kept in very dirty conditions and looking unwell.

I believe that these animals need a better place to live, the living conditions are awful.

I haven’t been for a few years but was appalled at the state of the place then. (2012 ish) I had hoped it had learnt it lesson but it seems not. Needs to close permanently imo.
